Construction Project Manager

Pay Rate: Up to $74/hr ($153,920/yr)

Job Description: The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project. A typical day consists of managing multiple aspects of large-scale data center construction projects, including field walks, contractor coordination, schedule reviews, risk management, commissioning activities, and stakeholder communication. The role requires close collaboration with general contractors, trade partners, vendors, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved. Daily responsibilities include resolving technical issues, reviewing project progress, leading meetings, tracking action items, and supporting turnover activities from construction through commissioning and operations.
