Commercial Counsel - Technology Transactions

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including Master Customer Services Agreements and nondisclosure agreements Manage high-volume commercial contracting requests while ensuring efficient turnaround times Advise stakeholders on legal considerations involving datasets, intellectual property, and technology-related commercial matters

Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification with relevant professional licensing 3-5+ years of legal experience focused on technology transactions and commercial contracting Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and technology licensing arrangements Strong understanding of intellectual property and data privacy considerations related to AI/ML datasets Ability to independently manage a high volume of commercial agreements and competing priorities
