Responsibilities:
Greet customers and identify their vehicle service needs. Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and maintenance customer authorization before completing additional repairs. Communicate repair progress, costs, and completion times to customers. Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to keep repairs on schedule. Review completed repair orders for accuracy before vehicle delivery. Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Meet customer satisfaction and service sales goals. Maintain accurate service records and follow dealership procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by service management.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience is a Plus.
- Positive & Friendly Attitude
- Interpersonal Communication SkillsBasic Computer SkillsStrong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
- Ability to Achieve Targeted GoalsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
