Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist

Hinojosa Law, PLLC in Houston is seeking a Legal Receptionist / Intake Specialist to join our growing team. Must be fluent in English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base and provide top-notch administrative support. The role involves greeting clients, answering calls, onboarding new matters, managing client data, and coordinating with attorneys. Experience in a law office is preferred but not required. This position is on-site in Houston with standard office hours.
