Role Description: The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
  • Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
  • Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
  • Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
  • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
  • Operating within the Bullhorn CRMMaintaining accurate and timely data within the CRMCompletes Client Agreement packet for new Customers
  • Enters original Customer order
  • Onboarding of new Customers
  • Attends presentation meetings with Prospects to sell PLS services
  • Attends trades shows
  • Leverages Marketing to reach new prospects
  • Seeks and obtains scope of requested skills from new Customers
  • Provide internal Team members clear and timely information
  • Some travel required
Experience & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years' Sales, Account Management, and /or Business Development experience in a similar role
  • Vibrant personality that can effectively engage an audience at all levels of a business
  • Advanced computer skills using a variety of software including Microsoft OfficeMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Staffing experience
  • Experience with mechanical skilled trades
  • Ideal Candidates would have:
  • Experience using Bullhorn Staffing Software
  • Knowledge of conveyor installation
  • Experience in the material handling or related industry
