Engagement Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers and key stakeholders in MDUs. Schedule and attend events, presentations, and meetings to promote broadband services; scheduling may vary, including weekends. Execute door‑to‑door flyering campaigns to effectively promote products and services, engaging directly with residents to drive interest and generate leads. Travel extensively (75%+ of the time) throughout the Orange County area to achieve sales goals and build client relationships. Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, events, and direct outreach.

Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the broadband or MDU sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
