In this role, you will help students strengthen their speech, language, communication, and social skills so they can succeed academically, socially, and emotionally in the classroom. Whether you're a Clinical Fellow (CFY SLP) seeking strong mentorship or an experienced school-based clinician looking for a supportive team, AnthroMed provides the structure, collaboration, and clinical resources you need to thrive.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations for students with diverse communication needs
- Develop and implement IEP-based treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Support needs including: Articulation and phonology, Expressive and receptive language disorders, Fluency and voice, Social/pragmatic communication, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, school psychologists, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and progress monitoring
- Maintain documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable)
- Communicate with families regarding student progress and recommendations
- Support student access to curriculum and functional communication skills

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or Communication Sciences & Disorders)
- Active or eligible state SLP licenseCCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows are strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting students in educational environments
