Front Desk/Cashier

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMAdditional Schedule: Rotating Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Process cash, credit card, and other customer payments accurately. Handle daily cashier transactions and maintain accurate payment records. Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries. Prepare, review, and process invoices and customer orders. Assist with general administrative and front desk duties. Maintain an organized and professional reception area. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide excellent customer service in a busy wholesale environment.

Requirements: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Previous cashier and/or customer service experience preferred. Experience handling cash, credit card transactions, and customer payments. Basic computer and data entry skills required. Previous experience in the floral industry is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be available to work 3 consecutive weeks, 7 days per week, during Valentine's Day and Mother's Day peak seasons. Must be available for an in-person interview.
