Regional Operations Leader for Multi-Clinic Growth

Relief Mental Health is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee the performance, growth, and success of clinics in the assigned region. You will lead through Clinic Managers, developing independent leaders who own their clinic's results, patient experience, and operational performance. You will partner with the Regional Clinical Director and executive teams to ensure staffing, capacity, and infrastructure align with demand and growth.
