Key responsibilities:
Partner with the Senior Manager to meet short and long-term business goals
Produce high-quality management reports for internal and client-facing purposes
Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance and drive continuous quality improvement
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
4-5 years of experience in the property insurance and restoration industry
2-3 years of proven management experience with high-performing teams
In-depth knowledge of Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Symbility, Cotality, and/or Salesforce
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime during high volume and CAT events
