Hospice Chaplain: Compassionate Spiritual Care Leader

Hospice Plus seeks a compassionate Hospice Chaplain to provide non-denominational spiritual and emotional support to patients and families facing end-of-life care. You will be a valued member of the interdisciplinary team, helping ensure no one walks this path alone. You will assess spiritual needs, develop care plans, conduct visits and rituals, and support families through grief with collaboration across nurses, social workers, and medical staff.
