Attorney/Lawyer

Responsibilities: Manage creditor and collections cases throughout the litigation lifecycle, from initial assessment through final resolution. Prepare, review, and file legal motions, pleadings, and other court documents with accuracy and strategic focus. Conduct legal research and develop persuasive briefs to support case strategy and advocacy efforts. Oversee discovery activities, including drafting requests, reviewing responses, and coordinating document production. Represent clients in hearings, conferences, and other litigation-related proceedings as needed. Advise internal and external stakeholders on case developments, legal risk, and recommended next steps. Maintain organized case files and ensure all matters progress in compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
