Extrusion Operator - All Shifts

Responsibilities: Set up extrusion machines according to specifications Monitor extrusion processes to ensure consistent product quality Perform quality inspections and report deviations Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies Conduct routine equipment maintenance and cleaning Handle materials and prepare them for processing Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime Accurately maintain records related to production and quality Required Qualifications Proven experience in machine operation Strong knowledge of quality control practices Commitment to safety compliance Mechanical aptitude to understand equipment functions Effective troubleshooting skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Attention to detail in all tasks Clear communication skills Preferred Qualifications More than 1 year of experience in extrusion operation
