About the Role: New Business Representative – Naperville, ILThe New Business Representative is responsible for processing life insurance applications upon receipt and assisting case managers with tasks related to the underwriting process. This is an essential operational support position designed for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in facilitating efficient processes and contributing to successful business outcomes. The New Business Representative communicates and coordinates with agents, underwriters, vendors, internal sales team members, and other organizational resources to support the effective administration of new business operations. The representative has experience in data analysis and entry, file review, document processing, project coordination, prioritizing workloads, process improvement, and ensuring needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred. A high attention to detail, superior communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to partner with team members to ensure transactions are completed satisfying both insurance requirements and customer expectations.

Compensation & Benefits: The expected hiring range will be $26.53/hour - $31.83/hour and will depend on a variety of factors to include, but not limited to, location, experience, education, skill level, and other relevant factors. Workweek: 36.25 hours.
