Billing Ops Lead for Strategic Accounts

UKG is seeking a Billing Inquiry Analyst to serve as a primary liaison between customers and internal teams, handling billing inquiries, disputes, escalations, and exceptions while protecting revenue and delivering a positive customer experience. You will work with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Revenue Operations, Service Operations, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex issues, develop expertise in monetization models, and leverage AI-driven tools to improve efficiency.
