Evening Crew Member - Crumbl Dawley Farm

WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a member of the Crumbl Crew, you'll learn how to do a little bit of everything: Bake and prepare our weekly rotating menu Ball, shape, decorate, and top cookies Box and package orders Greet customers and provide exceptional service Answer questions and help create memorable customer experiences Keep the bakery clean, organized, and ready for our guests Complete closing and cleaning responsibilities Work together with your team to keep things moving during busy shifts Jump in wherever you're needed No previous restaurant or baking experience is required. We'll provide on-the-job training and teach you the Crumbl way. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for people who: Are 16 years or older Are dependable and take being on time seriously Have a cheerful, positive attitude Enjoy working with people Value teamwork and helping others Are willing to learn and grow Can stay productive in a fast-paced environment Take pride in keeping things clean and doing things right Want to create great experiences for our customers You don't have to know everything when you start. We care more about your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. THE SCHEDULE Evening shifts typically run through 10:30 PM. We know our team members have school, sports, activities, families, and lives outside of work. That's why we offer flexible scheduling and work with your availability. We're looking for people who can consistently commit to the shifts they accept. PAY & PERKS Starting at $11/hour + tips Our team typically earns an additional $2–$4/hour in tips, making typical total earnings approximately $13–$15/hour.
