Senior Corporate Counsel – Contracts & Corporate Records

Steel Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a corporate attorney to report to the Treasurer and support the CFO and management on contract and business administration, corporate records, and general operations support. The ideal candidate holds a JD and Indiana bar, 5–7 years of business law experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities; ability to work independently and in a team is essential.
