What You'll Do:
As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including:
- Administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies
- Starting and maintaining peripheral IVsMonitoring patients throughout treatment
- Providing patient education and support
- Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care
Requirements
Education/Licensure:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; ADN/BSN accepted Current BLS certification Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience Experience in any of the following areas is especially valuable: Home Infusion Infusion Center OncologyEmergency DepartmentICU / Critical Care HematologyInfectious Disease Home HealthAbout Float HealthFloat Health is an on-demand nursing platform that partners with specialty pharmacies to connect experienced nurses with patients who need in-home medication administration.
