Senior Product Designer*

What You Will Do: Lead the design process for user interfaces and experiences, ensuring a seamless interaction across platforms. Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications using Figma to communicate design concepts effectively. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into functional design solutions. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design improvements. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate design quality.

Ideal Candidate: Background 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically in UI/UX roles. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, with a strong understanding of HTML and CSS.Demonstrated ability to create user-centered designs that solve complex problems. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and methodologies.

Preferred: Familiarity with agile development processes and working in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in the AI or consumer technology sectors, with an understanding of user needs in these markets. Knowledge of accessibility best practices in design.
