Job Description: Graul's Market has been serving the Baltimore area since the 1920's. We are a specialty gourmet market focusing on service to our customers and offering a quality product. Be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes working Saturdays and rotating Sundays. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook items from our prepared foods department according to recipes and quality standards. Assist customers at the seafood counter by weighing, packaging, steaming/cooking and replenishing seafood products while providing exceptional customer service. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and seafood department work areas in accordance with food safety and health regulations. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations and provide a high level of service to customers.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of cooking experience Knowledge of food and seafood preparation and handling, as well as food safety practices. Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
