Part-Time Head of Operations

Our client, a fast growing private equity owned portfolio company that is experiencing hyper growth is looking to hire an Operations Manager. The position is in South Denver, CO and will be a Hybrid work model. This individual will serve as the right hand person to the CEO. The position offers a huge growth opportunity and upward mobility and has the capability to grow into a Chief of Staff role. Special Projects-Develop project plans Business Planning Supporting Board & Investors-Preparing materials, establishing timelines, developing presentations, coordinating the meetings4 + years of professional experience in business operations, project management, consulting, corporate strategy, private equity/portfolio operations or another high-growth environment.~ Exceptional organization and project-management ability.~ Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.~ Strong business acumen and comfort with operating metrics, business plans and executive reporting.~ Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and comfort learning new technology and project-management tools.~ Experience working with senior executives and confidential information.~ Exposure to M&A, Board processes or PE-backed businesses is preferred.
