Bilingual Immigration Associate Remote Federal Litigation

De Wit Immigration Law seeks an associate to own a varied caseload from initial consultation through completion, handling visas such as O-1, L-1, H-1B, EB-1A, EB-1C, E-2, EB-5 and PERM. You will draft briefs, support letters, and responses, and collaborate with a non-hierarchical team. You will work with clients across the U.S. and Latin America in fluent English and Spanish, and you will litigate APA delay actions in federal court while growing into a leadership role as the firm scales.
