Key responsibilities:
Drive the implementation and monitoring of global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategies and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
Collaborate with global business unit leaders to analyze operational risks and facilitate risk educational workshops
Collect and analyze global exposure data to prepare underwriting submissions for commercial insurance policy renewals
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in risk management, commercial insurance, financial analysis, or business analysis
Strong knowledge of commercial contract terminology and contractual risk transfer
Proven experience in supporting commercial insurance policy renewals and analyzing global exposure data
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex risk concepts clearly
