Day-to-day: What you’ll do. Run Onboarding Calls with new agents joining the platform. Hear where they are. Build a 30-day plan with them on the call, in writing. Stay on the line during the 30-Day Sprint — daily check-ins, weekly accountability, real coaching when calls are getting hard. Be the voice the agent hears when they hit their first $10K week. And the voice they hear when month two is grinding. Bring the field back to the product team. Tell us what would actually help.
