Underwriter - Manufactured Housing

Key responsibilities: Review loan applications and supporting documentation for manufactured housing loans Assess borrower creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements and other relevant information Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal underwriting guidelines

Required qualifications: Previous experience as a loan underwriter, preferably with manufactured housing loans Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and compliance requirements specific to manufactured housing Proficient in analyzing financial documents, including credit reports and tax returns Familiarity with loan origination software and underwriting systems Ability to communicate effectively with external retail partners
