Production Support Hybrid Schedule: Yes. Would start Tues-Thursday and will re-evaluate after first 90 days.
Duration: 6-12 months. Temp-to-hire: That is the goal but cannot be guaranteed at this time. If unable to convert at end of 12 months, would look to extend an additional 6 months if work volume continues to support it. What Can You Expect? We Will Count On You To: Assist in time sensitive distribution of policy correspondence and legal documents via physical mail or email. Assist with building inspections to validate information provided and communicate non-standard or atypical findings within service standards. Gain an understanding of agency management, product distribution, and claims procedures that enhance growth and underwriting profit. Professionally communicate with relevant stakeholders via email or other appropriate methods. Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Claims, Product, Underwriting and other business units to develop process improvements and product enhancements. Provide input and feedback to leadership for continuous process improvement. Fill in for other team members to ensure business continuity during peak periods and/or when team members are unavailable. What You Need To Have: High attention to detail, analytical, creativity, intellectual curiosity, a desire to communicate, and strong time management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams). High School Diploma or GED. What Makes You Stand Out? Insurance, Mortgage, or closely related office experience. Successful completion of insurance and/or financial designations. Experience with building construction types and/or terminology.
