Development Intern - Real Estate Project Delivery

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Development Intern to assist Development Managers during project delivery. You'll help with punch-list review, FF&E coordination, unit setup, and move-ins, while supporting design and construction professionals and managing day-to-day project tasks. Part-time hours in April–May, then full-time through Summer 2027, with potential extension through Summer 2028. This role favors proactive, organized thinkers who thrive in a collaborative environment.
