Preschool Director

Full-Time St. Luke Lutheran Church/St. Luke Preschool - Albuquerque, NM 9100 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87112 St. Luke Preschool, a nationally accredited Christian preschool that is a mission and a ministry of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a Director who will continue to enhance the warm and caring learning environment of its well established preschool community. The Preschool Director leads a team of administrative and teaching staff and works alongside a governing committee and church leadership to carry out the operations of the school. Strong communication and organizational skills are needed to work closely with families, teaching staff, and the church leadership teams. The Director oversees the engagement of children in age appropriate learning activities and experiences based on NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) standards and New Mexico Learning Guidelines. Status: Full time, with an initial period of several months to shadow current Director
