Assembly AssociateJob Title: Assembly Associate M-F 6AM-2:30PM + OT as req'd $15/hrJob Responsibilities: Assemble aluminum formwork components according to specifications and blueprintsOperate hand and power tools safely and efficientlyPerform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standardsRead and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructionsMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members to optimize assembly processesReport any defects or issues to supervisors promptlyAdhere to all safety protocols and proceduresProperly handle and store materials and equipmentPerform basic maintenance on assembly tools and equipmentSkills Required: High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in manufacturing or assembly preferredAbility to read and understand technical drawings and instructionsProficiency in using hand and power tools is a plusStrong attention to detail and quality controlBasic math skills for measurements and calculationsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenProblem-solving skills and ability to think criticallyWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologiesCommitment to workplace safety and following proceduresPhysical Requirements: Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods of timeExcellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, and up to 75 pounds with assistanceBenefits: At PrideStaff, we believe in taking care of our team members.
