Founding Grantmaker for AI Model Safety

The OpenAI Foundation is seeking a founding grantmaker for the AI Model Safety program. You will lead end-to-end grantmaking across independent testing, standards, and foundational safety research, and help identify and build the field by recruiting founders and seeding new initiatives. You will report to the Director of AI Resources and collaborate with the AI Resources team to drive safety-focused funding and impact.
