What We're Looking For: A college degree in music is not required. Many of our strongest instructors have experience teaching and/or years of performing experience. What matters most: Genuine teaching ability and patience with students of all ages Experience giving private or group instruction An outgoing, encouraging personality FL Driver's License A growth mindset: you take your craft seriously and help students do the same

Responsibilities: Teaching private lessons and/or group classes at your assigned location(s) Consistent attendance: not regularly missing lessons Developing lesson plans tailored to each student's skill level and goals Incorporating music theory and technique appropriate to the instrument Tracking student progress and communicating with families when relevant Contributing to a positive, accountable learning environment About the School Winter Park Music Academy.com is Winter Park's largest music school, built on three priorities: Education, Fun, and Accountability.
