JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Safety/Human Performance: Serves as the safety and compliance leader across the service territory. Demand Execution & Fulfillment: Responsible for setting clear goals, standardizing processes, and providing strategic oversight to ensure the execution of demand plans for major projects. Inventory & Warehouse Management: Oversight and optimization of materials management and logistics operations within the territory. Logistics Management: Optimizes inbound and outbound logistics through effective management of transportation services. Budget and Cost Prudency: Responsible for efficient management of departmental budget and cost structure. Customer Service: Proactively and routinely engages with stakeholders to collaborate on demand forecasting. Incident Response: During storm restoration events, provides expertise which may require travel outside normal assigned region. Partnership: Collaborates closely with cross-functional executive teams. People Leadership: Collaborates with cross-functional partners to align Supply Chain Talent Management Strategy. Culture: Maintains highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
