Overview: In this role you will nurture client relationships across the customer lifecycle and promote software adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best practices, address concerns promptly, and support renewal processes. Your work helps nonprofits maximize value from Momentive's cloud-based solutions while enabling scalable, mission-driven outcomes. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven position with opportunities to influence product adoption and customer success. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Provide best practices to clients and ensure excellent service while promptly addressing concerns
  • Promote software adoption and onboarding strategies with customers
  • Provide renewal quotes and respond to requests for proposals
  • Manage a book of business
  • Capture and share lessons learned with relevant teams
  • Key requirements0 to 2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong client focus with collaborative and influencing skillscommunication (verbal and written)organizationfollow-upOffice 365 Salesforce (plus)basic office software applications
