ESA Section 7 Analyst

Key responsibilities: Conduct analyses and research to facilitate ESA section 7 consultations Review action agency documents and provide technical assistance to Federal action agencies Analyze scientific literature and develop mitigation strategies to support agency findings under the ESARequired qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field and 3 years of relevant experience Documented experience in environmental regulations, ecological risk assessment, or scientific project management Preferred experience in Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic fisheries and ecosystems Strong technical writing and communication skills Able to work effectively both individually and collaboratively in a team setting
