Vice President, Art

About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President, Art to support creative leadership through client presentations, client relations, and oversight of the creative team. Responsibilities include guiding staff and freelance contributors, maintaining high standards for digital, print, and audiovisual materials, and reviewing and approving finished artwork and concepts. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, advising on staffing and production needs, and ensuring creative work is delivered efficiently and on schedule. Candidates should have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and at least seven years of relevant medical education or pharmaceutical advertising experience, including supervisory work. Strong presentation, communication, management, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills are required, along with excellent design ability in typography, color, photography, and art. Applicants should be proficient in Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with familiarity with Flash, HTML, and After Effects, as well as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
