Computer Network Operations Officer

Futura is partnering with a leading AI infrastructure innovator to hire a Facility Operations Lead supporting next-generation hyperscale AI data centers. Onsite 5 days (relocation assistance provided) This is a critical infrastructure role with equity participation, focused exclusively on data center infrastructure, power, cooling, resiliency, and operational risk in high-density AI environments. AI workloads demand extreme infrastructure reliability. You will serve as the onsite owner of infrastructure risk - ensuring power distribution, cooling systems, and redundancy strategies are engineered and executed without failure. This is not a broad site management role. Own infrastructure risk assessment and mitigation Lead power and cooling capacity planning across live GPU environments Execute and control high-risk change management Oversee commissioning processes (L1–L5) Serve as escalation lead during infrastructure-related incidents Deep expertise in UPS systems, generators, chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, and electrical distribution~ Mission-critical industrial infrastructure backgrounds are also accepted.160K-$180K base salary + pre-IPO equity~ Retirement plan + generous PTO~ Growth into portfolio-level infrastructure leadership as sites scale
