Associate Attorney

Responsibilities: Manage insurance defense litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution. Prepare motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal filings with strong attention to detail and persuasive written advocacy. Conduct written discovery, review case documents, and develop strategies based on factual and legal analysis. Take and defend depositions while working closely with clients, witnesses, and expert partners. Handle matters involving personal injury, construction disputes, business conflicts, premises liability, negligence, transportation claims, product liability, and real estate-related litigation. Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other litigation proceedings as needed. Support trial preparation activities, including organizing evidence, developing case themes, and coordinating with litigation teams. Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders regarding case status, risk evaluation, and recommended next steps.
