- Join the Food Manufacturing Industry in a Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse type role!
- Production Associate opportunities are available:1st Shift- 6:00am to 2:00 pm $15.50 an hour2nd Shift 2 pm to 10:00 pm $16.50 an hour3rd Shift 10:00 pm to 6 am $17 an hour
- The Production Team Member will follow the direction given by the line lead and shift supervisor. This position will rotate down the line throughout their shift.
- Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities:
- Packing and unpacking product
- Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine
- Stacking and building pallets
- Labeling and code dating product
- Sanitation duties as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Production Team Member Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High school diploma/GEDRefrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience
- Perform basic mental math
- Communicate in English (Speak, read, and write)
- Balance productivity, quality, and safety
- Work in fast-paced environment
- Work with others and as part of a team
- Work in a cold/wet environment
Lift 10-35 pounds repetitively and up to 45 pounds occasionallyAbility to push/pull up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionallyAbility to stand for 10-12 hour shifts.
Production Team Member Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
This role operates in a cold/wet refrigerated environment (around 34 degrees F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for 10-12 hours a day.
This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required.
