Strategic Sourcing Manager

We're seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to help scale our global supplier network, support exciting new product launches, and influence sourcing strategy across packaging and finished goods. Key Responsibilities: Lead sourcing initiatives across packaging, finished goods, and new product launches. Build and manage strategic supplier relationships while driving cost, quality, and service improvements. Partner with Product Development, R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Operations to bring new products to market. Identify savings opportunities, negotiate supplier agreements, and monitor market trends. Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity across a global supplier network.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or supply chain. Experience managing contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers; beauty, cosmetics, or consumer products experience is highly preferred.
