Key responsibilities:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through a consultative sales process
Document and track all leads and activity history consistently in Salesforce.com
Educate prospective customers on the value of newborn stem cell banking and related services
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years, or a High School Diploma with 10 years of sales experience
3+ years of direct selling experience in a B2C environment preferred
Formally trained in a selling methodology (e.g., Consultative, SPIN, Challenger)
Strong analytical skills and a successful track record in sales
Experience in a fast-paced inbound/outbound call environment is strongly desired
