IT PC Technician I

This role is responsible for providing hands-on experience installing and configuring PC's, laptops, printers and telephones for approximately 450+ users. PC Technician must have Windows operating system experience and basic networking knowledge. Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred). Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printers and computer hardware. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Preferred

Certifications: CompTIA A+ (or working toward certification)

Regular Duties and Responsibilities: Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Install and update software applications and operating systems. Respond to basic helpdesk tickets and user inquiries. Assist with hardware replacements and basic repairs. Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
