Maintenance Mechanic

Job Responsibilities: Provide scheduled and emergency/unscheduled inspections and repairs of production and other miscellaneous equipments. Perform preventative maintenance. Follow the preventative maintenance SOPs and forms. Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs ie: Filler, packager, palletizer, conveyors..Utilize mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose, rebuild, and repair machinery. Comply with OSHA safety and health rules. Provide general building maintenance. Prepare and maintain records and reports. All other duties, as required or needed.
