CMBS Associate Attorney Securitization & CRE

Acloché LLC seeks a Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Associate Attorney for its Global Finance group. This role handles CMBS transactions for issuers, underwriters, servicers, and investors, drawing on a long CMBS track record. Candidates should have a JD from a top law school, active bar admission, 3–6 years in securitization, and strong drafting skills on pooling and servicing agreements and related documents; large firm experience is preferred.
