Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while cultivating client relationships and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation
Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications:
JD from an ABA-approved law school
Active bar license in Pennsylvania
8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience managing full case handling responsibilities
