Responsibilities:
- Manage higher-acuity patients stepping down from intensive care who require close monitoring
- Monitor continuous telemetry and hemodynamic status, recognizing and escalating changes promptly
- Administer medications and IV therapy, including titratable drips approved for the unit, per facility protocol
- Care for patients on high-flow oxygen and non-invasive ventilation when assigned
Travel Stepdown Requirements:
2+ years of recent Stepdown experience. Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by Missouri and national regulatory bodies.
