Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee scheduling, budgeting, buyouts, and overall project execution Lead subcontractor coordination, contracts, and scope management Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Work closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution and productivity Maintain project schedules and adjust for tight urban site constraints Track job costs, billing, and overall financial performance Communicate with ownership, consultants, and internal teams Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed Manage multiple projects simultaneously Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor Strong experience with ground-up multifamily construction required Experience with infill and podium projects strongly preferred Comfortable managing 50150 unit projects in tight sites Experience running full-cycle projects from start to finish Ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
