Job Summary: We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to join our team! As the Vice President of Sales, you will be overseeing the day-to-day activities of the sales team, and movings service professiona, lsls, participating in brainstorming sessions to increase productivity and sales, and developing new sales strategies and opportunities for the team. You will also be responsible for performance reviews and conducting disciplinary actions as needed, hiring and training new staff members, and presenting sales reports to upper management and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has an extensive background in both management and sales, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills. Must have household moving company experience. This is a hybrid position of management, sales and on occassion job site moving. Responsibilities Monitor the day-to-day activities of the sales team Monitor the day-to-day activities of the moving professionals Book and close new sales Provide guidance and help with difficult sales situations Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new leads, sales initiatives, and sales opportunities Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions, as needed Interview, hire, and train new staff members Work closely with multiple departments and maintain strong relationships and lines of communication

Qualifications: Extensive sales and management experience desired Household Moving Company Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed Demonstrated ability to lead a team to success Experience using basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
