People Data & Reporting Lead

Cohere is seeking a People Operations Manager to own our people data and reporting, while handling core operational work such as benefits administration and employee records. You will shape the data model and governance for a fast-growing, global team. You’ll lead a small HR Operations team during a Rippling implementation, driving self-serve reporting and ensuring accuracy across multiple countries and entities.
