CPA Licensed Global Tax Director

Key responsibilities: Develop and execute the organization's tax strategy and policy across federal, state, local, and international laws Oversee tax compliance, accounting, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns Lead and mentor the corporate tax team, fostering a culture of growth and high performance

Required qualifications: Minimum 15+ years of U.S. federal and/or state corporate tax experience, preferably in both public accounting and industry Bachelor's degree in tax or equivalent; advanced degree (MST and/or J.D.) preferred Thorough knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and U.S. GAAP Demonstrated ability to manage complex, time-sensitive projects and communicate effectively with leadership Strong understanding of U.S. corporate tax law and global tax strategy development
