Electrical Assembly Technician

Your Responsibilities: Build precision electrical coils and assemblies using specialized winding equipment and hand tools. Operate and adjust coil winding equipment according to production specifications. Guide conductors by hand while applying tape, spacers, and insulation. Cut insulation and spacers to required dimensions using production equipment. Form coils by hand using soft-face and dead-blow hammers. Read and interpret blueprints, production prints, diagrams, and electrical schematics. Perform soldering of wire and busbar connections as required. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy. Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.

What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to accurately read a ruler and work with fractions and decimals. Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and production prints. Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Soldering experience is a plus.
